In 2017, Microsoft proposed that data centers be treated as neutral civilian infrastructure — a Digital Switzerland. This week, drones destroyed three Amazon data centers in the Gulf, the same region where AI was supposed to scale. The model isn't Switzerland. The model has yet to be invented.
